Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777f" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 777f online casino and sports betting platform, its operating entity, and its licensed subsidiaries and affiliates.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers or attempts to register an account on 777f, or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 777f Platform, including all associated balance, history, and settings.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR funds deposited by the Player and held in their 777f account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity and age verification process applicable to all 777f account holders, including CNIC submission.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all real-money transactions on the 777f Platform.
• "Services" means collectively all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support functions available through 777f.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 777f Platform in any manner, or by clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777f with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players and to all persons accessing 777f regardless of geographic location, subject to applicable local laws and any jurisdictional restrictions that may apply in your place of residence.

Account Registration

To access real-money Services on 777f, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 777f or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously had a 777f account closed for breach of these Terms.

3.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered and active account on the 777f Platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different registration details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 777f reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances held therein.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777f login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777f support immediately via live chat.

Age Verification

777f operates a strict 21+ age policy across all real-money Services. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts and is conducted via the following process:

• Upload of a clear, legible copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA.
• Verification of the CNIC date of birth to confirm the Player is aged 21 or above.
• Where CNIC verification is inconclusive, 777f reserves the right to request supplementary documentation including a valid Pakistani passport or proof of address.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777f accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Additional payment methods may be made available at 777f's discretion and will be communicated via the cashier section of the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 777f does not charge processing fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 777f accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 777f balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing times vary by payment method.
• 777f reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements before crediting deposits that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed only after full KYC verification has been completed on your account.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the selected payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• 777f reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of source of funds — before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Failure to provide such documentation may result in a withdrawal being delayed or declined.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before real-money withdrawal requests are approved, unless the Player elects to forfeit the bonus balance entirely.

Bonuses & Promotions

777f offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and cricket betting specials. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only, as specified in the individual offer terms. Promotions marked as "new player" are restricted to first-time depositors.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be displayed at the point of offer. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are set out in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or zero rate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 777f reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to protecting the interests of Players who have already opted in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, using automated systems to place bets designed to reduce variance during bonus play, or deliberately circumventing wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
• Where a Player's real-money balance reaches zero while bonus funds remain, game play continues using bonus funds until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus balance is exhausted.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on 777f are powered by certified software using audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information section of each title. 777f does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, and other sports offered on 777f — are governed by the specific sport-rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the 777f sportsbook rules take precedence. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement and are locked at the time a bet is confirmed. 777f reserves the right to void bets where markets are affected by verifiable errors in odds compilation.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 777f will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game session cannot be reconstructed, the affected wager will be refunded to the Player's real-money balance. Game malfunctions — whether in casino games or sports betting — void all associated pays and wagers to the extent directly affected by the malfunction. Malfunction claims must be raised with 777f support within 48 hours of the incident.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action at 777f's discretion:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 777f.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the 777f Platform.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games, place bets, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains are considered void and subject to recovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, or with 777f employees, to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using 777f for money laundering in any form.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777f staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the 777f Platform infrastructure in any way.

Responsible Gaming

777f is firmly committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Pakistani players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and can be activated at any time through the account settings panel or by contacting live support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and adjusted. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players can set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to control the financial impact of their gaming activity.
• Session Limits: Time-based session limits can be configured to restrict continuous play to a defined number of hours per day.
• Reality Check Notifications: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals remind Players of their total session time and net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated.

Account Suspension & Closure

777f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
• Chargebacks initiated against 777f deposits without valid cause.
• Where closure is required to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 777f reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the entire account balance may be forfeited. Real-money balances held in accounts closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777f Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, promotional materials, written content, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777f or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777f Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content of the Platform for any purpose without the express prior written consent of 777f.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777f and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings resulting from technical errors, network interruptions, or Platform downtime.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed payment transactions through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other payment providers.
• Loss of data, account credentials, or account access resulting from circumstances beyond 777f's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by the Player based on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 777f's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

The Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Privacy & Data Protection

777f collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the 777f Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.

Personal data collected by 777f — including CNIC details, contact information, transaction history, and gameplay records — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving Platform services. 777f does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

777f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 777f will notify registered Players via email or via an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the 777f Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777f holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 777f Platform, Services, or these Terms, you must first contact 777f customer support via the 24/7 live chat channel. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 777f's operating licence.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
